Privacy policy
This policy covers this website, luminovix.tech. Each product published by LUMINOVIX TECHNOLOGIES has its own privacy policy on its own domain, because each one handles different data.

The short version
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics, does not embed third-party scripts, and does not attempt to identify you. There is no account to create and no form to fill in. If you never email us, we hold nothing about you beyond the ordinary server logs described below.
What is collected when you visit
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver the page: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser’s user-agent string and the referring page if there is one. These are standard operational logs, held by the hosting provider, used to serve the site and to investigate abuse or outages. They are not combined into a profile and are not used for advertising.
Typefaces are downloaded at build time and served from this site’s own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts, or any other third party, in order to render this page.
What is collected when you write to us
If you send email to admin@luminovix.tech or to a product support address, we receive whatever you put in that message — at minimum your email address and its contents. That correspondence is used to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed, for example in a billing or refund discussion. It is not added to a mailing list and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Correspondence is retained for as long as it may be needed to handle a follow-up or to meet a legal or accounting obligation, and is deleted when neither applies.
What is never done
- No sale of personal data, under any circumstances.
- No advertising networks, retargeting pixels or data brokers.
- No behavioural profiling, and no attempt to link visits across sites.
- No sharing with third parties except where the law requires it.
Products are covered separately
The applications published by LUMINOVIX TECHNOLOGIES do hold personal data — an account, purchase history, study progress, and in DietAIcian’s case health-related inputs. Each is governed by the privacy policy published on that product’s own domain, which is the document that applies when you use it. Nothing on this page grants or limits rights under those policies.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be erased where we have no continuing obligation to keep it. Requests should go to admin@luminovix.tech and are answered by the proprietor directly. If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is not directed at children and collects nothing from them. Age-related terms for individual products are set out in each product’s own policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Because the site collects so little, changes here are expected to be rare.
